Kayla joined our team as a Kennel Assistant in January of 2022 through our partnership with Pickens County High School’s Work Based Learning Program. Kayla is currently enrolled at PCHS and aspires to be a veterinarian after graduation. Kayla’s favorite breed of pet is a Pitbull. She grew up with the breed and adores their loving nature; and well she just loves big dogs! A fun fact about Kayla is that she enjoys volunteering with the FFA. Kayla resides with her mom and brother as well as her miniature pit, Sophie and a dachshund mix named Darla.
